Vision:

Ma Hastim Movement aims to improve the welfare and practice of human rights in Iran.

Goal:

Ma Hastim will magnify and put the spotlight on the shortcomings and lack of social freedoms in the current Iranian government in an effort to improve economic and social freedoms in Iran. The Goal is to cause positive changes in Iranian government policies to become compatible with the United Nations Human Rights Charter.

Mission:

To educate and inform Iranian people of their rights. To analyze relevant news for the International media to gain public opinion support for Iranian victims.

Flag:

As our symbol we have chosen the old Iranian flag, not because we want the return of kings, but because we seek democracy and no foreign influence or elements on our flag.

What is your responsibility as an active member of Ma-Hastim?

1. You should take videos, using your cell phone, to record any cruel action by the government representatives, and send them to Ma-Hastim for posting, or place it directly on You-Tube and let us know the link.

2. You should inform your family, friends, and other people in Iran about this new movement with slogan of “Ma-Hastim.”  Ask them to visit our website for more information.

3. You should use any opportunity to promote the slogan (Ma-Hastim) by distributing posters and writing on the walls in Iran.

4. You should rise the original Iranian flag with “lion and sun” in any visible place such as pedestrian bridges.

5. You should form small teams (3-4 people), who you trust, to take peaceful actions on the mission of the Ma-Hastim.

6. You should Invite your family and friends to gather in front of public places such as bakeries every Thursday at 6:00 PM to demonstrate unity. Use this opportunity to form larger demonstration groups.

7. You should use any opportunity to spotlight (inform the media and people) the economic, social, and political (election) abuse by the government.

8. You should encourage the Iranian people to request government to improve economic and social freedoms in Iran.

Ma Hastim movement is not a political party but a social grass roots movement. We have no leader or hidden political agenda.

Ma Hastim members and supporters do not have any ambition for political power but rather a hope for positive changes in human rights in Iran.
